Fantastic Experience, Almost Perfect!

Mostly positive, one small issue

I bought a custom sash and a diploma frame. The sash came out really well; the customization was accurate and it looked great. The diploma frame itself is nice, but it was a little tricky to get the diploma perfectly centered without a lot of fiddling. Delivery was on time, and customer service was helpful when I had a question about tracking my order. Overall, a good experience, just wish the frame was a tad easier to use.

Naw, usually you can only use one promo code at a time with most online stores. The bulk discount should apply automatically though if you hit the quantity.

Custom stuff is usually non-returnable everywhere, afaik. That's kinda standard for personalized items.
